
Harry B. Grabow, M.D. has been in private practice in Sarasota, FL, since 1976. A pioneer in cataract, implant and refractive surgery, he was one of the first surgeons in Florida to perform No-Stitch, No-Patch, No-Needle cataract surgery.
A Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of South Florida, Dr. Grabow is also an editorial advisory board member for Review of Ophthalmology and an international editorial board member for the Journal of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. He has been a contributing author of 20 textbooks documenting his surgical techniques, including one in Spanish and another in Italian. He is a frequent speaker and faculty member at professional meetings and courses internationally, as well as a consultant to manufacturers of surgical instruments and medical devices.
Dr. Grabow completed his internship at the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, Md., and his residency in ophthalmology at The Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio. He has been listed in Best Doctors in America since 1994.
